So to make your own gluten flour mix, just use grain type flour to make up 40% and starch type flour to make up the other 60%.

I hiked Half Dome with a friend and this bread was the perfect addition to my breakfast before the hike as well as a snack at the top of Half Dome. I added chocolate chips to it just because you can’t go wrong with chocolate.
